Math
Today the grade 6's explored time zones. We made long distance calls and learned about Canada's 6 time zones!
The grade 5's worked on distance and time problems in the Strategies Toolkit.
As usual, the students started the lesson off with the weekly Mad Minute exercise. Week 10 facts 2's to 12's - multiplication.
The class also took up lesson 2 Distance and Time homework questions.
