UOI – Language
The students began their final narrative project. A journal
response to literature. They will need their narrative skills to effectively
discuss the events, characters, and meaning of the book.
A few weeks ago, most students wrote a reflective journal at
the end of the novel study. Using the information from their literature circle
activities and journal they will follow the guide provided to write a response
to Rick Riordan.
They response journal must include a minimum of 4
paragraphs. Sample topics can be found on the assignment brief.
Art
The grade 5 – 8 students worked on Tessellations. Sketches
should be completed by Thursday November 10th.
Drama and Dance
The students brainstormed for our Christmas performance.
