They also shared their Canadian symbols and school flag homework.
They also conducted an inquiry into 3 major political parties, N.D.P., P.C. and Liberal. They created fact sheets to share among their peers.

In the afternoon they completed their 3 levels of government mind maps and worked on speeches.
Lastly, the students read chapter 14 and 15 of the novel study. The completed the discussion questions as a class.
