Congratulations to Ella, who was the Principal's choice for the month of February. She consistently demonstrated co-operation, creativity and open-mindedness.
UOI - Coding
The students spent 2 periods going over the summative assessment for the coding unit. The project will be due on March 10th. Many families have March break plans and I will be accepting projects the latest by March 17th.
Students were instructed to create a game, interactive art work or short animated story using the scratch software.

UOI - Language
The students were guided through writing a strong conclusion. The rough copy of the essay will be due on Tuesday. Monday will be the last period to edit and type your first draft. Be prepared for peer editing on Tuesday.
Art
The grade 7 and 8's created Dream Photographs inspired by Salvadore Dali. The 5/6's worked on their summative projects.
