To students, staff and parents of The
Maples,
On behalf of our
family and The Terry Fox Foundation, thank you for your long time dedication to
participating in the Terry Fox Run. Your commitment to raising funds for cancer
research is truly making a difference in the lives of those diagnosed with
cancer.
Terry was just an
average kid, not the best athlete or student in class. Terry needed to work
harder than most his age to overcome the challenges that he faced. Like Terry,
set goals, always work hard and never giver up on your dreams.

Math
The grade 6 students took up the homework problems from
yesterday’s homework. The grade 5’s learned how to find the area of Irregular Polygons.
Grade 5 homework can be found on pages 337 – 338 of the Math
Makes Sense textbook.
Complete any 4 of 6 questions.

today.
