Today in language
we had a guest lecture from Mrs. Ruby; the topic was how to conduct an
interview. The students methodically planned what they wanted to learn from
their expert and who they should interview. We will continue working on this
tomorrow.
In art we continued
our false/ forced perspective photography. The weather was absolutely beautiful
so we took the opportunity to go outside. In our groups we took some spectacular
photos; here is a sample.

We created success criteria when we returned from the
playground. 1 photo from each member of the group should be submitted for
grading by Friday April 17th.
During our unit of
inquiry lesson we introduced persuasive essay writing. We analyzed the
components of an essay from the Writing 6 book. For homework students need to
complete the 3 body paragraphs from the handout.
