Activity
Write a formal letter to a judge in London, requesting a warrant for the arrest of Phileas Fogg. Please include an authentic London address, you may use Scotland Yard for instance. To issue a warrant of arrest you need to provide evidence, that means to give good reason to explain your position. Be sure to give a summary of Mr. Fogg's activity to the judge and your current status of your investiggation.
