Make it real!
The grade 5`s were introduced to volume by estimating the volume of a box. The students were able to squeeze 460 cubes into the box.
The questions were in the Math Makes Sense text book pages 211 -212 and the students began working on questions 1 - 6. No homework
The grade 6`s continued their work on surface area. Page 222 they continued the questions in class
The grade 5`s and 6`s utilized their time well today to complete work on their OWA and Desert Disaster assignments.

Music performance by Orangeville Community Band
One of our students took part in the performance today and it was outstanding! The Grade 4`s - 8 had a marvelous time at the show.
