The grade 5's and 6's competed in groups to compare fractions. It was a close competition and in the end there was a tie for first place. Thank you to all of the participants.

The students played capture the flag and a game of soccer. Thank you to Molly and Bramley who lead the stretches.
1st of the month Assembly
Lead by Mrs. Dilba and Ms. Perry.
They delivered an excellent presentation on reflection and appreciation. The students reflected on their year at school. Coincidently one of the stand out moments was the memory of a certain teacher ripping his or her pants.
For the month of May teachers were looking for students that are principled and have integrity. Those qualities are in surplus here at The Maples. Molly consistently exemplifies those traits. Congratulations Molly you are the Principals choice for the month of May.
