Today the students began lessons on fractions. They reviewed benchmark fractions. They had a fraction fruit salad, melon, pears, apples and oranges.
They reviewed the components of a fraction; numerator and denominator. They also learned what a proper fraction is.
They worked on completing equivalent fraction problems.
After lunch music then gym. The students practiced shot put for track and field.
