Mathematics
The students had their first full lesson in math this
morning. They explored place values and examined numbers greater than 999 999.
The students reviewed the three common ways of representing numbers

Please complete every other question/as many as needed from
exercise pages 6 – 13. This amount of questions should fill approximately 3 pages
in your notebook.
An inquiry into
Language
The students began their OWA Grade 6 – Animal Tale Narrative
pre-assessment. They reviewed the elements of a good piece of writing before
they started their assessment.
The student also reviewed the format of a good paragraph.
Their task was to write a paragraph about their summer vacation.
