This morning during the Gym
lesson we had a spectacular workout session. The students played a very fast paced
and fluid game of European handball. Jasmine
was the start player again, with the most assists for the yellow team. The green
team made a valiant effort but came up short in the end. Player of the game for
the green team was Oliver.
During today’s Language
lesson we completed literature circles and conducted peer reviews. Next week we
will be working on different language skills in preparation for more in depth essay
writing.
Today in Art we
learned how to use chalk pastels, “Come on Lynda!” (Guest art teacher) We found
inspiration from our favourite television shows, books and the internet. We
chose a space/galaxy theme. All the work turned out amazing!
