The students learned how to make a labelled diagram. Diversity of Living Things culminating assignment will include a scientific report with accompanying labelled diagram. It's a well know fact that Spectacular Scientists make super (i.e. accurate) diagrams. More to come on this in the upcoming weeks.

The students completed the remainder of the introduction lesson.
The second part of the lesson was to inquire about the diversity around our playground. The students collected various samples, made sketches and notes of unique plants in the school yard and garden. They then shared their observations in a round table discussion. The descriptions were detailed and drawings were well done. We have some budding scientists in this class.

Looking forward to seeing you all tomorrow.
