Mr. Hunt - Grade 6

This morning we again went to the gym to practice our Christmas concert performance. The lines were almost perfectly memorized with only some stumbling around the 6th and 7th person jumping from the sled. After, we took up language skills.
In math, the students worked on the "Show What You Know" section at the back of the chapter to prepare for the test on Monday. Students asked questions and checked their answers to make sure they were on the right track.
For the last part of the day, the students designed their own "ugly Christmas sweater" in art. The sweaters will be displayed in the gym during the Christmas concert. Also, the grade 1/2 class was showing off their dinosaur projects and students had the opportunity to go over to their classroom and see what they created and ask questions.
