When the students returned from French, we took our scripts down to the gym and we practiced our Christmas concert presentation and organized where everyone would sit and how they would move. The students were able to run through the performance 3 times. The students should be practicing the lines at night and working towards memorization.
After recess, the grade 6's continued their math work on constructing figures with a compass and protractor. The grade 5's had their homework book work from yesterday checked and they made corrections. When they finished correcting, they completed questions from the textbook. They were assigned p.96/97 #1, 3-7.
With the Christmas concert approaching Mrs. Angus combined all the grades 5-8 students to practice their music together.
The students spend the last period completing unit 7 for language skills.
