Essential Agreement and Classroom Rules
The first part of the day was spent developing our classroom rules and Essential agreement. The students made excellent contributions. Well done!
Math
The students jumped into the math routine with the Five-Minute Frenzy/Mad Minute multiplication facts exercise. The exercise was taken up as a group and they also organized their binders. They will begin unit 2 – Whole Numbers tomorrow.
Gym

Unit of Inquiry The students demonstrated the fantastic inquiry and cooperation skills during the STEM Challenge - Hit the Target. Students were given a set of supplies and had to transport a marble down a zipline to the target. Check out the video below.
