Mathematics
The students learned how to apply strategies to solve
expressions using mental math. No calculators allowed. The students learned to
use friendly numbers, regrouping and simplifying to successfully add, subtract
and multiply.
An Inquiry into
Language
Spelling post test unit 2
The students continued working on their myths.
The students read and discussed Percy Jackson, chapter 12. We
also read another book from the Odyssey. Odysseus has set off again for Ithaca,
it’s getting exciting.
Unit of inquiry
The students began corrected the Greek gods fill in the
blank activity and shared their responses from the comprehension work.
